In the Ministry of Justice held a regular meeting of the IAC on legislative activities

April 19 this year. A regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities was held under the chairmanship of the Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Pan with the participation of representatives of state bodies, the non-governmental sector and the business community.

During the meeting, were considered:

1. Draft Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Housing Relations” and a draft Government Conclusion initiated by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (speakers: Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament Shavkhat Utemisov, First Vice-Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairbek Uskenbayev)

2. The concept of the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Information Issues” (speaker - Vice-Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurgul Mauberlinova);

3. The concept of the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Labor Issues” (speaker - Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population - Yerzhan Zhilkibayev);

4. The concept of the draft law “On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on renaming the city of Astana - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Nur-Sultan - the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan and improving inter-budget relations” (speaker - Vice-Minister of the National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Alpysov );

5. The concept of the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Activities of the Justice Bodies” (the speaker is Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Natalia Pan).
