On the placement on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan prepared a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ratification of the Protocol on an Amendment to the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Lithuania on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters dated August 9th, 1994" (hereinafter – the draft resolution).

The draft resolution was developed for the purpose of entry into force of the Protocol on an Amendment to the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Lithuania on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters dated August 9th, 1994.

The Protocol provides for amendments to the Treaty between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Lithuania on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters dated August 9th, 1994 in order to clarify the functions of judicial bodies of providing legal assistance in the field of execution of decisions and petitions of foreign courts in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as changes in the competent institutions of both Parties.
