Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea

On April 22, 2019, in Nur-Sultan, during the official visit of the President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred as Memorandum) was signed in working regime by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. Beketayev and the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Korea Park Sang-ki.

The Memorandum provides for the implementation of cooperation by:

– the exchange of information in the field of legal assistance and enforcement of court decisions, the development of legal policies, legislation, as well as publicly available legal acts, materials and publications in the legal sphere;

– the exchange of experience in the field of forensic expertise, as well as of the implementation of information technologies related to the activities of the authorities;

– the organization of training and mutual exchange of experts and other specialists.
