Initiate execution proceedings is now possible to automatically

The Ministry of Justice automated a proactive state service “Initiation of enforcement proceedings on the basis of an executive document upon the application of a recoverer”.

Today, through the e-government gateway, interaction between the Tөrelik AIAI, the e-government portal and the Automated Information System of the enforcement authorities has been established.

Now the state service “Excitation of enforcement proceedings on the basis of an executive document at the request of the recoverer” is also provided in electronic form with preservation of paper.

Acceptance of applications and the issuance of the result of the provision of public services is also carried out through the probe.
