The issue of collecting wage arrears has been fulfilled on full

The Ministry’s governance held an online meeting with the residents of the East Kazakhstan. During the meeting there were received an appeal of Tungushpaev K.K. regarding the recovery of salary arrears from «Kazakhcement» LLP, which goes in favor of five former employees totaling 1, 067, 822 tenge.

This appeal was taken under control as a socially significant category of cases. As a result of the consideration of this case, it turned out that the enforcement proceedings were not executed for more than a year and a half due to the fault of a private bailiff of the East Kazakhstan Region.

Currently, enforcement proceedings regarding wage arrears have been transferred to the Abai region and completed in full.

The Ministry of Justice thanks the residents for their active civic position.
