Notification about the start of public discussions of draft budget programs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2022

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports that on May 15, 2019, the following budget programs of the Ministry of Justice for 2020-2022 were posted on the Open Budgets Internet portal https://budget.egov.kz/budgetprogram/ for public discussion:

001 "Legal support of state activities";

005 "Providing legal assistance by lawyers";

006 "Scientific legal examination of draft legislation and international treaties";

009 “Providing the population with legal information and maintaining the Unified system of legal information”;

047 “Protecting and representing the interests of the state in arbitration, foreign arbitration, foreign state and judicial bodies, as well as in the process prior to arbitration and pre-trial settlement of disputes, assessment of the prospects for judicial or arbitration proceedings abroad involving the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan”

055 "Ensuring the activities of the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

059 “Implementation of the project of institutional strengthening of the justice sector”;

060 "Advanced training and retraining of forensic experts";

065 "Forensic Services."

The period of stay on the Internet portal “Open Budgets” of these draft budget programs for public discussion is at least ten working days from the date of their posting.
