Meeting of the Commission on accreditation of organisations

On November 24, 2022 at 11am, in a hybrid format meeting of the Commission on the Accreditation of organisations, managing the property rights on a collective basis, was held by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Commission).

At the meeting of the Commission, eight applications of organisations, managing property rights on a collective basis, were considered – RPA «The Union of songwriters», RPA «Performers of Kazakh Songs», RPA «Kazakhstan Authors’ Society», RPA «Copyright Society «Abyroy», RPA «Collective management of copyright and related rights «ADAL», RPA «Shapagat», RPA «Eurasian Union of Copyright Holders», ALE «Kazakhstan Intellectual Property Agency».

The solution will be formed within 5 working days.
