Current questions and answers regarding the attraction of foreign labor in the Republic of Kazakhstan

On November 23, 2022 at 15:00 p.m. (in the State language) and at 16:00 p.m. (in Russian language) the Legal Information Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan will conduct an online course on improving the legal literacy of the population in the form of a webinar on the topic: «Current questions and answers regarding the attraction of foreign labor in the Republic of Kazakhstan».

By becoming a participant of the webinar, you will be able to get information on the following issues: categories of immigrants, basic rights and obligations of immigrants who arrived for the purpose of employment, rules for establishing quotas for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan and its distribution between regions, cities of republican significance, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, rules and conditions for issuing and (or) extending permits to employers to attract foreign labor, as well as implementation of intra-corporate transfer, responsibility for attracting foreign labor and labor immigrants in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

After the theoretical part of the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the topic.

The webinar will be held on the YouTube channel of the RSE on REM «Institute of legislation and legal information» of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
