"Meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on legislative activity»
On may 23 this year at 15.00 there will be a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on legislative activities under the chairmanship of the Minister of justice Marat Beketayev with the participation of representatives of state bodies, the non-governmental sector and the business community.
Consideration is planned:
1. Concepts of the draft law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improvement of criminal and criminal procedure legislation" (developer – SE);
2. Concepts of the draft law "On amendments and additions to the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the International financial center "Astana" (developer – MF);
3. Concepts of the draft law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the activities of the State courier service and internal Affairs bodies" (developed by the Ministry of internal Affairs);
4. Draft resolution of the Government "On amendments to the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2018 № 869 "On the Plan of legislative works of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019" (on changes in the name of the bill "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the activities of the State courier service", developed by the Ministry of internal Affairs);
5. The draft Government resolution "On amendments and additions to the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 24, 2018 № 869 "On the Plan of legislative works of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to 2019" (on the postponement of the introduction of the bill "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of culture", developed by ISS).
