Lecture «Copyright and related rights. Collective management of property rights» in KazNUA

 On October 28, 2022, employees of the Department of Intellectual Property Rights held a lecture «Copyright and related rights. Collective management of property rights»  for students of the Kazakh National University of Arts (Shabyt).

 This event is organized in order to explain to future artists and cultural figures about protection mechanism of copyright.

 The lecture covered issues of origin, copyright and related rights, the terms of their protection, as well as the protection and protection of the rights of authors.

 In addition, the students were explained the topic of managing the rights of authors by the organization, managing the property rights on a collective basis, in order to prevent violations of their rights in the future.

 Questions were raised regarding the history of the formation of these organizations, their activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as work with foreign authors.
