The Vice Minister of Justice held a meeting with the population of the East Kazakhstan region

On October 27 this year, an online meeting of Vice Minister of Justice Akerke Akhmetova was held with the population of the East Kazakhstan region.

The meeting was attended by citizens of the region, representatives of local executive and representative bodies of the region, a branch of the NGO «Amanat Party», a branch of the NCE «Atameken», the public council of the region, non-governmental organizations, employees of the DU, ISE, members of the notary, private bailiffs chambers, colleagues of lawyers and the Chamber of legal consultants of the East Kazakhstan region.

Welcoming the participants of the meetings, the Vice Minister informed about the ongoing reforms in the country, including amendments to the Constitution of the country and the results of the introduction of administrative justice, as well as work on the implementation of the President’s Message to the people of the country «A Just State. One nation. The Prosperous Society» dated September 1 of this year also familiarized with the work of the Ministry of Justice aimed at increasing guarantees for the realization of citizens rights to receive qualified legal assistance and further improving the institutions of advocacy and legal consultants, forensic expert activities, including ongoing efforts to ensure the enforcement judicial decisions and intellectual property rights.

The participants also discussed problematic issues in the field of enforcement proceedings, the provision of legal services, forensic examination, as well as ways to solve them.

At the end of the meeting, the Vice Minister answered the questions of the population of the East Kazakhstan region.
