The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a number of lectures for students

The Department for the Protection of Property Rights of the State of the MoJ in order to improve the legal culture of the population and the development of civil society will hold monthly events to organize lectures in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan until the end of this year.

On September 27, lectures in English were organized at the M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University on the topics «Amendments to the Rules of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes and the status of proposed reforms of the UNISTRAL Working Group III» and «Interim measures – the changing legal landscape», where representatives of the «Reed Smith» international law firm acted as lecturers. Students of Kostanay Regional University named after A.Baitursynov also joined the lecture through the ZOOM platform.

Also, on September 28, representatives of the international law firm "Curtis Mallet-Prevost" held an online lecture to students of the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University "Alikhan Bokeikhanov University" on the topic "US Jurisdiction".

During the lectures, students asked questions and showed great interest. In turn, the management of universities expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and expressed readiness to assist in the re-holding of such a useful event for students.
