Meeting of the Ethics Commissioner with civil servants in the regions.

 From September 26 to 29 of this year, the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alma Sydykova, held seminars in the Departments of Justice of Kostanay, Akmola and North Kazakhstan regions on the formation of an anti-corruption culture and compliance with the norms of official ethics by civil servants.

The main purpose of the seminar is the prevention of offenses related to domestic corruption among civil servants, instilling in employees the qualities of integrity, fairness and honesty, as well as the formation of moral and ethical values in the minds of employees.

At the end of the seminar, issues arising in the course of the team`s activities were discussed, an individual conversation was held with each employee. Based on the results of the individual conversations with employees, the assessment of the level of the moral and psychological climate of the team is given.
