The Ministry of justice explained the main provisions on the drawing up of international treaties and decisions of the Eurasian economic Commission

On June 18, 2019, the Ministry of justice held a seminar for state bodies on the conclusion, execution and denunciation of international treaties, including the supranational nature of the decisions of the Eurasian economic Commission.

The seminar was attended by more than 40 representatives of state bodies.

The Deputy Director of the Department of International Law and Cooperation, A. Aitkaliyeva, on the issues of concluding, executing and denouncing international treaties, explained the requirements for concluding international treaties in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and «On the Justice Bodies».

In turn, the Deputy Director of the Department of examination of projects of international economic integration Zh. Suymbaeva explained the procedure for the conclusion of international treaties within the Eurasian economic Union.

In addition, the seminar was actively attended by the representative of the Ministry of foreign Affairs K.Bokebayev, who spoke about the procedure for the inclusion of draft international treaties in the current and future plans for the conclusion of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the same time, the participants of the seminar were explained the peculiarities of the development, harmonization and conclusion of international treaties, as well as the algorithm of actions for the ratification and denunciation of international treaties.
