Announcement of the online course: « Explanation of current questions received by Legal Information Service. Current questions and answers related to consumer protection».

On August 8, 2022 at 15 p.m. (in State language) and at 16 p.m. (in Russian language) the Legal Information Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan will conduct an online course on improving legal literacy of the population in the form of a webinar on the topic: Announcement of the online course: «Explanation of current questions received by Legal Information Service. Current questions and answers related to consumer protection».

By becoming a participant of the webinar, you will be able to get information on the following issues: consumers' rights and their protection, consumers' right to exchange or return goods of proper quality, consumers' rights in case of selling goods of improper quality, terms of submitting requirements by a consumer in respect of defects of goods, rights and obligations of the seller (manufacturer, executor), responsibility for breach of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of consumer rights.

After the theoretical part of the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the topic.

The webinar will be held on the YouTube channel of the RSE on REM «Institute of legislation and legal information» of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
