On June 30, 2022, the meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held (via ZOOM).

The following issues were on the agenda of the meeting of the Public Council:

1. On the implementation of the competencies provided for in Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On advocacy and legal assistance» on regulating the activities of legal consultants: monitoring results, comparative analysis of the quality of services provided, review of problematic issues, recommendations for improving the work of legal consultants, including improving legislation.
2. On postponing the hearing of the report of the Minister of Justice to the Public Council on the results of the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021 from June to December 2022.
3. On the exclusion of Ibraev E. E. from the membership of the Public Council
