The Ministry of Justice held an annual Seminar on the development of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the EAEU bodies that constitute the law of the Union

On June 29, 2022, the Ministry of Justice held a seminar for legal services and departments of international cooperation of interested state bodies on the conclusion, execution and denunciation of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as on international treaties and acts of the EAEU bodies that constitute the law of the Union.

The seminar was held in an online format, which was attended by more than 100 representatives of state bodies (PGO,  ACA, ARDFM, FMA, ASPR, APDC, Accounting Committee, NB, MIA, CEC, MFA, MD, MNE, MDDIAI, MES, MLSPP, MIID, MCS, MA, MH, ME, MIPD, MEGNR, MTI, Ministry of emergency situations).

During the seminar, Deputy Director of the Department of International Law and Cooperation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aitkalieva A.M. provided information about the main problems when submitting draft international treaties for legal examination to the Ministry of Justice, Aitkalieva A.M. also informed representatives of the governments about Methodological recommendations developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development and conclusion of international treaties and on the development of the «E-zannama».

The head of the Department of expertise of projects in the field of competition, antimonopoly and customs Regulation of the Department of Expertise of Projects on International Economic Integration Seidalina A.Zh. explained the features of the adopted acts of the EAEU bodies that constitute the law of the Union.

Also, Deputy Director of the International Legal Department Musraliev E.T. spoke on the issues of plans for concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Following the results of the seminar, the participants noted the high relevance and importance of the seminar, and also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with the mechanism for concluding international treaties.
