Vice-Minister of Justice met with the Registrar – Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and the IAC Christopher Campbell-Holt

On May 6, 2022, Vice-Minister of Justice A. Akhmetova met with the Registrar – Chief Executive of the Astana International Financial Center Court (AIFC Court) and the International Arbitration Center (IAC) Christopher Campbell-Holt.

During the meeting, Vice-Minister of Justice A. Akhmetova informed representatives of the AIFC Court and the IAC about bilateral and multilateral international treaties on the provision of legal assistance in civil cases, to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party.

In the process of the meeting, the participants considered the issue of the execution of AIFC Court decisions in the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries.

Also, the participants discussed further bilateral cooperation and wished each other fruitful work.

The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere.
