Trademark «БЕЛЫЙ МЕДВЕДЬ»

 

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considering the application of the interested person for the recognition of the trademark “БЕЛЫЙ МЕДВЕДЬ” as a well-known in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In order to ensure the rights of other interested persons, we inform you about the possibility of submitting an objection (disagreement) against the recognition of this designation within three months in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 18-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On trademarks, service marks and indications of places of origin of goods”, as well as requests for participation in the meeting for the consideration of applications by the Commission for the recognition of a trademark as a well-known in the Republic of Kazakhstan (contact tel.: 8 (7172) 55-88-21).
