A Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Justice, the Republican Chamber of PB and the Akimat of the city of Nur-Sultan on the collection of alimony

On October 17, 2019, a memorandum on mutual cooperation on the collection of alimony was signed between the Minister of Justice Marat Beketaev, Akim of the city Nur-Sultan Altay Kulginov and Chairman of the Republican Chamber of Private bailiffs Yernar Ibraev.

The memorandum is aimed at effective cooperation in the recovery of alimony between the justice authorities, akimat structures, police, prosecutors and courts, as well as improving the mechanisms of such interaction.

The mechanism for the execution of the memorandum is provided in detail in the plan for the implementation of this document. For each item of this plan, a responsible state executive agency, implementation deadlines and an event completion form are fixed.

The signing of the memorandum was accompanied by a meeting, which was attended by the first heads of local executive bodies, the police department, the prosecutor's office, the court, as well as private enforcement agents of the city of Nur-Sultan.

At the event, a report was heard by E. Ibraev on the state of affairs in collecting child support in the city, as well as speeches by the leaders of the law enforcement bloc of the capital.

As a result of the meeting, the akim of the city of Nur-Sultan gave instructions to improve the interaction between state bodies indicated in the plan for the implementation of the memorandum and achieve specific results in this area.

M. Beketaev and A. Kulginov agreed to continue this work with periodic hearing of responsible officials on the results of activities to improve the collection of alimony in the main city of our country.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Justice signed a similar memorandum with akims of eight regions of the country, where there is already an increase in child support indicators.
