ANNOUNCEMENT

On February 16, 2022 at 09.00 a.m., the meeting of the Commission for the recognition of the trademark as well-known in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – Commission) was held at online format to consider the applications
of the joint-stock company «Евразиан Фудс Корпорэйшн», LLC «ОРИМИ»
for the recognition of the trademarks «3 желания, fig.», «ШЕДЕВР»
and «Greenfield» as a well-known in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the results of the meeting of the Commission the trademarks «3 желания, fig.» and «ШЕДЕВР» since January 1, 2011 in relation to goods of classes 29, 30 of the International (Nice) Classification of Goods and Services (hereinafter – Nice classification), the combined trademark «Greenfield» since January 1, 2016 in relation to goods of class 30, special for goods of “tea” of the Nice classification have been recognized as a well-known in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
