International Investment Arbitration Webinar

On December 21, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. (Nur-Sultan time), the World Bank, together with the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan, will hold a webinar on the topic “International Investment Arbitration - Regional Realities - Need for Improvement”.

The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Marat Beketayev and the representative of the World Bank Mr. Walid Haider Malik will take part in the webinar.

Also, the webinar will include a discussion on reforming the existing system of international investment arbitration between senior state representatives of Albania, Nigeria, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
