Нeld a regular meeting of the terminology section

           On December 10, 2021, the Ministry of Justice held a regular meeting of the terminology section. At the meeting, 26 terms were scrutinized in detail to unify the most commonly used words and phrases in the law in order to exclude the use of the terms, including «Төрелік келісім немесе келісім-шарттағы төрелік ескертпесі – An arbitration agreement or An arbitration clause in a contract», «Экспроприация – Expropriation or nationalization», «Алаңша, алаңқай/ алаң – An area/ A platform», «Кәдеге асыру, кәдеге жарату/ жою – utilization/recycling», «Тіркеу, Ресімдеу - Registration», «Уәкілетті адам, Уәкілетті тұлға – An authorized person», «Географиялық көрсеткіш, Географиялық сілтемелер / географиялық нұсқаулар – Geographical indications», «Қолдаухат, Өтінішхат – A petition», «Тездетілген сараптама, Жеделдетілген сараптама – An accelerated examination», «Тауар таңбасы, Тауар белгісі  - A trademark», «Алдын ала сараптама, Алдын ала сараптау – A preliminary examination», «Қағидалар, Ережелер – Rule», «Ажыратылатын реңкі, ажыратылатын қабілеттілігі – Distinctive capability».

           The members of the section decided to submit for consideration by the Republican terminology Commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the terms considered and discussed at the meeting and the regular expressions used in office work.
