On December 7 of this year, within the framework of the cooperation program between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2021-2022, a meeting of employees of the ministries of the two countries took place.

During the online meeting, the measures being implemented to comply with ethical standards and combat corruption in the system of justice bodies were discussed.

Within the framework of this event, the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Justice A. S. Sydykova made a report on the activities of the Ethics Commissioner in the field of official ethics and anti-corruption.

In addition, the head of the Department of Control and Discipline of the Personnel Service Department, B. S. Beisen, shared with colleagues the issues of transparency and objectivity of the procedures for the competitive selection of civil servants admitted to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Considering that the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan is developing a draft Code of Ethics, topical issues in the field of compliance with the norms of the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and anti-corruption were discussed.
