On the agenda of the Public Council, the issues of the results of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the actions (inaction) of bailiffs and on the early exclusion of a member from the Public Council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan were considered.
