At AEF-2018 the theme was announced "Development of the market of private forensic expertise in the context of the World Bank project"

Within the framework of the Astana Economic Forum was held a speech by the provocateur of KAZGYU University named after M.S. Narykbayev Miras Daulenov on the topic «Development of the market of private forensic expertise in the context of the World Bank project».

In his report, the speaker spoke about the main trends and models of forensic development in the world,as well as the role of the state in this.Miras Daulenov shared his vision on the importance of special scientific knowledge in the legal proceedings and the forms of their application from the point of view of demonopolization of this sphere of activity.

On examples of specific countries,studied in the framework of the World Bank project «Strengthening of forensic expertise», which is implemented by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the University of KAZGYU,Vice-rector of the University spoke about the peculiarities of legal regulation of the forensic expert market and the most effective incentive mechanisms for all its participants.

In addition, the results of special empirical and regulatory legal studies of the forensic system in Kazakhstan, which resulted in the formulation of specific applied recommendations.
