A seminar-meeting with private judicial executors was held in the Justice Department of South Kazakhstan region

Department of Justice of South-Kazakhstan region held a seminar-meeting with private judicial executors of the South-Kazakhstan executive district on the topic of: «About observance of legality of activity of private judicial executors of the South Kazakhstan executive district» with the participation of representatives of the prosecutor's office of the region,Regional Chamber of private judicial executors of the region.

The results of the analysis of the Department of Justice were considered on the agenda on the main performance indicators of private bailiffs and topical issues on handling treatment and complaints of individuals and legal entities,proposals were voiced to address the identified problem issues,aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the work of private bailiffs.
