The Department of Justice of Almaty region held a seminar with private notaries

Employees of the Department of Justice of Almaty region,members of the Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers,Together with the Notary Chamber of Almaty region on May 17, 2018 was organized and a seminar was held with the participation of private notaries.

The purpose of the event is to conduct preventive and explanatory work among notaries of the Almaty region.

During the seminar, reports were given by the head of the department for law-explaining work and legal services population and the chief specialist of the department, were discussed the presentation of the Department of State Revenues for the EKR on taking appropriate measures with respect to the notary of the East Kazakhstan region,received from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan,as well as violations of the law by notaries of Almaty region,when performing notarial acts,identified during the inspections of the Department,At the same time, questions regarding the Requirements to the notary's premises are considered.

As a result of the seminar recommendations are given on taking into account information,stated in the letter of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan,as well as the need for notaries to monitor changes in legislation in the notary.
