The Vice-Minister of Justice met with the delegation of the People’s Republic of China

During the meeting Mrs. Pan acquainted the Chinese side with the activities of Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on formation of national legislation, providing legal services, formation and realization of state policy  in the field of enforcement proceedings, providence formation and implementation of state policy in the field of forensic expert activities, as well as formation and implementation of state policy in the field of organization of intellectual property rights protection and enforcement.

The Deputy Minister of Justice of the People's Republic of China introduced the main activities of the Ministry of Justice of China, in particular issues of lawmaking, legal education, combating drug – related crime, correctional institutions, arbitration and pre-trial settlement of disputes.

The Parties discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation and further steps to develop Kazakh-Chinese relations in the legal sphere.

At the end of the meeting the Parties signed Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the Legal Field between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China, and they also wished each other fruitful work.
