"A regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on legislative drafting activities was held"

May 18 this year. a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activity Issues was held under the chairmanship of the Vice Minister of Justice RK Natalia Pan with the participation of representatives of state authorities, non-governmental sector and business community.

During the meeting the following issues were discussed::

1. Concepts of the bill «On introducing amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses» (Rapporteur - Vice-Minister of Justice Pan Natalia Vissarionovna );

2.Concepts of the bill «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on formalization of employment of the population» (Rapporteur - Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Altaev Nurzhan Bauyrzhanovich);
3. Draft Government Decree «On Amending the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2017 № 894 «About the Plan of legislative works of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2018» (on the postponement of the introduction of draft laws on the restoration of the solvency of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the accompanying draft law to Parliament from June to August) (reporter -Visse Minister of Finance Baedilov Kanat Eskendirovich.
