The Department of Justice of Zhambyl Region conducted a seminar on intellectual property

On May 22, 2018, the Justice Department of Zhambyl Region conducted a seminar in order to clarify the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the improvement of legislation in the field of intellectual property» with the participation of employees of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs.

During the seminar, the chief specialist of the Department of Justice made a report about the tasks of the indicator «Protection of intellectual property» Global Competitiveness Index World Economic Forum,Further clarified the amendments to the above law,namely the service of simplifying the registration of rights to works,protected by copyright,responsibility for the illegal use of a trademark,also answers to such questions of participating,as standard,sales of goods and protection of entrepreneurs' rights on the Entrepreneurship Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
