The next certification was carried out for officials,akims of rural districts,authorized persons to perform notarial acts

In accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Notariate" and the Regulations on the Attestation of Officers of Akims of Towns of District Significance,settlements, auls (villages), aul (rural) districts, performing notarial actions, approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 9, 1998.The Department of Justice of the West Kazakhstan region on 18 and 22 May 2018 year held regular attestation of officials,the akims of cities of regional significance, settlements, auls (villages), aul (rural) districts (hereinafter referred to as an official) authorized persons to perform notarial acts.

Currently, 126 officials of the akims of rural districts are authorized to perform notarial acts in the region.54 officials took part in the appraisal.

In the afternoon, a seminar was held with the participation of the members of the attestation commission - the head of the department.Department of Justice, a representative of the regional akim machinery,Notarial Chamber of WKR and officials, to discuss issues related to the performance of notarial acts and the explanation of the draft Law «On advocacy and legal assistance».   

At the end of the seminar, officials are given legal advice on issues of interest to them.
