In the city of Shymkent the fact of illegal use of a trademark «Hermes»

On May 22, based on the statement of the representative of the trademark owner «Hermes» Nurmaganbetova Zh., employees of the Department of Justice of South Kazakhstan region an unscheduled audit of the individual entrepreneurs Yeralievoy Maria Omiralieva,whici is situated Shymkent city, Askarova St. 39, shop «IZUMY» and Atanesyan Irina Yuryevna which is situated Shymkent, Baidibek Bi street house 53, shop «IZUMY».

During the audit, illegal use of the trademark «Hermes» and men's trousers were removed from illegal traffic (jeans) with the image of this trademark.

From the illegal trafficking of men's pants (jeans) with the image of a trade mark  «Hermes» in an amount of 5 pieces  for the total amount of 70 000 tenge,two administrative cases were initiated under Article 158 of the RK Code «On Administrative Offenses»,at the moment the documents of the case are being prepared for referral to the specialized administrative court of Shymkent.
