Informative report

On the Internet resources, private judicial executors (hereinafter referred to as "CSOs") draw public attention to the serious shortcomings in their activities,express distrust to the leadership of the republican chamber and require the convening of an extraordinary congress.

At present, CSOs who openly expressed their opinions are subject to pressure from the Chamber, in connection with which they applied to the court for the protection of their rights. 

The leadership of the Republican Chamber, instead of holding a constructive dialogue, resorted to tools of administrative influence,which is negatively perceived by the entire community of PB.

The Ministry, as an authorized organization that regulates and controls their activities, expresses its concern in the current situation between the PB and the leadership of the Chamber.

In order to resolve this situation, the Ministry decided to create a dialogue platform in the form of a working group with the invitation of the CSOs who expressed distrust to the leadership of the Republican Chamber, the chairman of the board of this chamber and non-governmental organizations.

At the meeting of the working group, which will be held on June 15 this year. at 11 o'clock in the hall of the MVK of the Ministry of Justice, it is planned to discuss problematic issues and take measures to resolve them.
