Free legal advice - assistance to the population!
On June 12, 2018, the Department of Justice of the City of Astana, in conjunction with the Astana city branch of the RSO «Kazakhstan Union of Lawyers»in the framework of the plan of measures for the implementation of the Concept for the improvement of the legal education provided free legal advice to citizens in the building of the branch of the NAO «State Corporation «Government for citizens» on Astana city of department №8 of Saryarkinsky district.
For a fruitful and effective implementation of this activity, the Department organized a group of legal practitioners,which included qualified employees of structural units of Departments, notaries and city attorneys,as well as invited representatives of the Service Center - branch of the NAO Civil Group "Government for Citizens" in the city of Astana,«Office of Migration Police» The Department of Internal Affairs of Astana and the "Chamber of Legal Consultants" of the city of Astana.
The purpose of the event is to provide legal assistance to all categories of citizens support of socially vulnerable segments of the population, raising the level of legal awareness and legal culture of citizens.
During the event, more than 30 citizens were granted free legal advice on entrepreneurship, land, family, inheritance law, property rights, etc.Assistance is also provided for processing applications, complaints and other legal documents.
Some of the questions lawyers took under personal control and offered further legal assistance to resolve the problems that arose.
As a result of the event, citizens received exhaustive answers to all questions of interest.
