A meeting of the Minister of Justice before the Public Council was held

June 13 this year. The meeting of the Minister of Justice M. Beketayev was held in front of the Public Council on the activities of the justice authorities.

During the meeting, the Minister of Justice gave detailed information on the activities of the Ministry during the reporting period, on the work in the spheres under supervision, on the plans of the state authorities for the future.

So, on legislative activity the work was marked,constitutional reform,amendments to the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the issues of strengthening the protection of property rights, the creation and implementation of

"E-legislation".

In addition, the Minister talked about the work done to improve and simplify the provision of public services and reforms in advocacy, in the field of intellectual property protection.

Much attention was paid to problematic issues on enforcement proceedings and measures for their resolution.

The chairman of the Public Council O. Zhumabekov noted that the Ministry has carried out significant work in all areas of activity, promptly carried out the tasks for legal support of the state, there is a clear vision of the prospects for further work, including strengthening interaction with civil society.

Summarizing the meeting, the members of the Public Council made recommendations on improving the efficiency of the Ministry's activities.
