ANNOUNCEMENT "Meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities"

June 22, 2018 at 15:00 hours will be a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on legislative drafting activities under the chairmanship of Justice Minister Marat Beketayev,with participation of representatives of state authorities non-governmental sector and business communities.

It is planned to consider: 

1) Concepts of the bill «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on industrial safety issues» (developer - MIR);

2) Concepts of the bill «On introducing changes and amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the use of atomic energy» (developer - ME);

3) Concepts of the bill «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on civil liability issues for nuclear damage» (developer-ME)

Also it is planned to consider the proposals developed by the Ministry of Justice concerning damages issues,including establishing the procedure for determining actual damage and loss of profits (Item 4 of the Action Plan for 2018 for the implementation of the Concept of Legal Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the period from 2010 to 2020, the developer - MJ).
