Reporting meeting of the Minister of Justice with the population took place

Today there was a meeting of the Minister of Justice with the population in the mode of videoconferencing with the connection of regions.Marat Beketayev spoke about the results of the activities of justice organizations in 2017 and set tasks for 2018, and also answered questions from citizens, representatives of non-governmental organizations and the business community.

Marat Beketayev noted,that for the Ministry of Justice the key direction of work is to improve the quality of legislation.

For automation of rulemaking and process optimization The Ministry is working to create a single electronic system «E-legislation».The system is aimed at electronic support development of draft laws at all its stages.

One of the priority tasks is the protection of intellectual property rights.The justice authorities are working hard to simplify the registration procedures.It is planned to introduce a single-level system for registration of intellectual property objects.The corresponding Law was signed by the Head of State on June 20 this year.

Another package of innovations is expected in the system of enforcement of judgments aimed at ensuring the protection of property rights and realization of the adopted judicial acts.Since December last year, the information system has been integrated with the State database of property registration.Now,it is possible to impose and remove the seizure of real estate in electronic format.Today there is a steady increase in the number of private bailiffs.

Ministry of Justice is working to improve the business climate in the country.In 2017, the Law was adopted, which provides for the improvement of civil and banking legislation.

Now,when registering the subjects of small and medium business on the web portal of "e-Government" it is possible to open a bank account and conclude an insurance contract.One of the most popular services for the population will become more accessible and simplified.The number of procedures and term of registration are reduced without notarial transactions from 3 to 1 day.

Concluding his report, the Minister of Justice Marat Beketayev noted,that the work of justice agencies this year will be aimed at further solving large-scale goals and the tasks,envisaged of the Epistle of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan«New opportunities for development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution».
