A regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activity Issues was held

Today the regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activity Issues took place under the chairmanship of Justice Minister Marat Beketayev, with the participation of government officials,non-governmental sector and business community. Members of the commission reviewed the concept of draft laws: 

  • «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on industrial safety issues» (speaker - Sklyar Roman Vasilievich - First Vice Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
  • «On introducing changes and amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the use of atomic energy»  (Rapporteur - Akulak Bolat Uralovich - Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan);
  • «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on civil liability issues for nuclear damage» (Rapporteur - Akulak Bolat Uralovich - Vice Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Also, were considered the proposals developed by the Ministry of Justice concerning damages issues including,establishing the procedure for determining actual damage and loss of profits (Rapporteur - Pan Natalia Vissarionovna - Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
