The Department of Justice of the Karaganda region carried out an explanation of the bill "On Advocacy and legal Aid'.

Head of the Department of Justice Karaganda region Zhusupov A.N a meeting was held with the graduates of the Law faculty of the Karaganda State University named after Academican E.A Baketov on clarifying the bill "On Advocacy and legal assistance".

In his speech A.N Zhusupov informed the graduates about the ellimination of admission fees to the Bar Association,which allows access to the profession of lawyer,respectively,the influx of young graduates inti the profession,increase competition and increase their numbef.In addition Zhusupov A..N highlighted amendments made by the Majilis to the draft law regarding the creation of a unified legal aid information system,intended to automate the activities of lawyers and legal advisers,intraduction of the average cost of services (by type of service) of a lawyer,of a legal adviser,the status of trainee lawyers,the intraduction of an obligatory conclusion with them of an internship agreement,possibilities of material incentives for trainees for their work,performed during the internship etc.

In conclusion,Zhusupov A.N instructed graduates,wishing good luck in choosing a profession,exellent students graded diplomas.
