On may 31 this year in the Department of justice of Mangystau region with the participation of the Director of the Department of registration service and organization of legal services Atagazieva B. S., representative of JSC "National information technologies" Imanbaeva A., as well as lawyers and legal advisers, the presentation of the investment project unified information system "E - Zan K кmegi", developed in the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On advocacy and legal assistance".

The aim of the project is to provide the population with qualified legal assistance, as well as automation and optimization of the activities of lawyers and legal advisers in the conditions of the country's digitalization of the economy.

At the presentation representatives of the Ministry of justice and "NIT" explained in detail the working principles and advantages of information system "E - Zan kmag".

In particular, it was noted about the provision of lawyers and legal advisers with modern tools for checking data on individuals and legal entities in the framework of judicial proceedings and the acceleration of the working process for the collection of evidence, information interaction with state bodies and non-state organizations necessary for the implementation of their activities.

As part of the integration with the information system "Best profi" lawyers and legal advisers have the opportunity to work with a unique interactive collection of judicial practice in Kazakhstan, including a comprehensive review of legal situations through related documents.

Also noted that "E - Zan kmeg" will be used to provide payment for state-guaranteed legal assistance. Lawyers who are connected to this system will be able to receive payment for their services from the state budget through the system in a simplified manner.
