A reporting meeting of the Minister of justice before the public Council Was held

On may 31 this year, the reporting meeting of the Minister of justice Marat Beketayev before the Public Council on the activities of the judiciary was held.

During the meeting, the Minister of justice informed in detail about the results of the Agency's activities during the reporting period, as well as about the tasks of the state body for 2019.

As the head of the Department noted, the main laws developed and adopted last year are aimed at protecting the rights of citizens and the development of individual institutions of the state.

Thus, the work carried out in the framework of improving and simplifying the provision of public services through further automation and transition to electronic format and the development of the program "E-legislation" aimed at modernization of the process of norm-setting was noted on the legislative activity. It was also noted the significant results of the reforms of advocacy and innovations in the field of intellectual property protection.

Much attention was paid to the problematic issues of enforcement proceedings, the organization of the judicial-examination and the measures taken to address them, including the full transition of enforcement proceedings in electronic format.

The Minister also noted the importance of the work carried out to ensure the protection of financial and rehearsal interests of the state in Arbitration proceedings and foreign courts.

Chairman of the Public Council S. akylbay noted that the Ministry carried out significant work in all areas of activity. Summing up the meeting, the members of the Public Council noted the results of joint work and made recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the Ministry.
