Digitalization of legal services

At the initiative of the Ministry of justice to implement the Law "On advocacy and legal assistance" JSC "National information technologies" (hereinafter – JSC "NIT") developed the "E-Zan komegi" Zan Unified information system of legal assistance» (hereinafter – "E-Zan komegi").

"E-Zan komegi" – investment project of JSC "NIT" and implemented their own expense. 

"E-Zan komegi" is intended to ensure the provision of qualified legal assistance in the online mode, automating advocacy and activities of legal advisers, in particular, to advocates and legal consultants-date tools for testing data on physical and legal persons in the judicial process and accelerate the workflow to gather evidence.

As part of the integration of "E-Zan komegi" with systems of state agencies provided information interaction request for information for implementation of the activities of lawyers and legal advisers.

It should be noted that access to this system will be provided to courts and law enforcement agencies to check the status and powers of lawyers and legal advisers online without delay, thus facilitating the confirmation process.  

Checking the status and powers of the lawyer will be carried out through information interaction between the IP "E-licensing" and "E-Zan komegi" in terms of checking the activities of the lawyer (current/suspended/terminated), as well as the license number and date of issue.

In addition, "E-Zan komegi" will be used to facilitate payment for state-guaranteed legal assistance. Lawyers who are connected to this system will be able to receive payment for their services from the state budget through the system in a simplified manner.
