The Ministry of Justice held the 486th meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities

In the Ministry of Justice on May 23 of this year. A regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Legislative Activities was held under the chairmanship of Minister Marat Beketaev with the participation of representatives of state bodies, the non-governmental sector and the business community.

During the meeting, were considered:

1. The concept of the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Improvement of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law” (speaker: Deputy General Prosecutor Bulat Dembaev);

2. The concept of the draft law “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan“ On the International Financial Center “Astana” (speaker - Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerulan Zhamaubayev);

3. The draft Government Decree “On Amendments and Addenda to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2018 No. 869“ On the Plan of Legislative Work of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019 ”(on postponing the deadline for introducing the draft law Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cultural issues ", speaker - Vice-Minister of Culture and Sport Aktoty Raimkulov).
