Lawyers entered the Bar Assosiation of the South Kazakhstan Region without paying an entrance fee

The Department of Justice of the South Kazakhstan region carried out a number of measures to implement the plan of measures to explain the provisions of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On advocacy and legal assistance".In particular,the Chamber of Private Practitioners of the South Kazakhstan Region was established,meetings are held with trainees and assistants of lawyers and notaries,with graduates of the law Faculty of universities,which explain the provisions of Draft Law,the procedure for obtaining a lisence to engage advocacy,the requirement and procedure for the entry into the Chamber of legal advisers,the possibility of joining the Bar without paying of entrance fee.The results of the work provided opportunity to join 2 lawyers in the membership of the Bar of the South Kazakhstan Region without paying an entrance fee,which will carry out advocacy in the Keles and Kazgurt districts.
