THE REPUBLICAN COMPETITION STARTS AMONG THE SCHOOLCHILDREN IN THE FIELD OF TRANSPORT

Fund of the first President of the Republic of kazakhstan–Elbasy together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and RSC «National Institute of Intellectual Property» the MJ RK  a competition was announced among schoolchildren in the transport industry.

The contest is aimed at increasing the interest of schoolchildren in the transport sector,as well as the formation motivation for schoolchildren in the conscious choise of a profession. 

For the first time the contest was held in 2017 as part of the Pesident's message to the people of Kazakhstan. «Third modernization of Kazakhstan global competitiveness»,where it was noted about the need to develop the abilities of critical thinking among young people.

The co-organizers of the competition are the Franco British University of Cranfield (UK),which is one of the leading postgraduate educational institutions in the UK in the field of science,technology,technology and management,and also Nazarbayev University.The partners of the contest are the Air Astana carrier and the Samruk Kazyna Trust CF. 

Participants of the contest are schoolchildren of secondary schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan 16 to 18 years,who speak English,have achievements in the field of physical and mathematical and natural sciences,as well as the experience of independent project activities.Teams are formed by the Akimats of regions and cities of national importance.

The selection round will be held in Astana from July 24 to 26,2018,following which the final teams will be sent to the study tour to Cranfield University (Great Britain) from August 19 to 26,2018.
