The Department of Justice of Akmola region held a round table on clarifying the main provisions of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On advocacy and legal assistance"

July 11 this year,the Department of Justice of Akmola region held a round table on clarifying the main provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On advocacy and legal assistance" signed by the Head of the State.This document was developed in order to implement the constitutional norm on obtaining qualified qualified legal assistance and improving the system of advocacy,providing access to legal assistance on  a free basis to socially vulnerable groups of people,people in difiicult life situations. 

The event was attended by members of the Chumber of the Legal Advisers of Akmola region,private practitioners,mediators,and media representatives.

During the round table,the procedure for the formation and management of the chamber of legal advisers,the conditions for admission to it,and standarts for the provision of legal assistance were explained.

Following the meeting,it was noted that the law will have a positive impact on improving legislation in the field of providing legal assistance to citizens of the country.
