Today,on July 17,on the initiative private bailiffs,the Extraordinary Congress of Private Bailiffs of the Country.

Delegates from the regions approved the decision taken by the Presidium of the Republican Chumber to terminate the powers of the Chairman of the Board of the Republican Chumber and members of the Board.

The private judicial executors who participated at the congress also expressed their confidence in the new chairman of the Board,Beketov K.B.Also,at the congress all the existing problematic issues that arose at the institute of PB.The congress gave recommendations of the new composition of the R Chumber of the Board of Private Bailiffs to craete a working group of introducing changes and amendments to the Charter of the Republican Chumber,taking into account the opinions of PB regions,organization of work on further modernization of the AISOIP.Ensure transparency of financial and economic activities of the Chumber,prepare a report on the work done to the next Congress.
