Informative report

The Law "On Advocacy and Legal Aid"provides for the creation of a single aid information system that is designed to automate advocacy,the activities of legal advisers,to optimize their interaction with the judicial authorities,colleges of lawyers,chambers of legal advisers,as well as individuals and legal entities his duties as defense councel or representative.

In this regard,within the framework of the Memorandum concluded between the Ministry of Justice ,the Chumber of Legal advisers.and the National Information Technoligies JSC,the Unified information System for legal Aid is being developed.

This system is an investment project JSC «NIT».

In July,a demonstration and trainng on the use of the system for lwayers and lawyers of the cities Astana and Almaty..

To date,the work continues and this  system is already being tested in the pilot zone .

A single informational system of assistance will allow to automate and optimize the activities of lawyers and legal advisers,propmptly receive the necessary information,when providing legal assistance to the population,provide it online,reduce paperwork,time and material costs when obtaining information from information systems of goverrnment agencies,and each other.

Currently,work is underway to integrate this system with the State databases "Individuals","legal persons",the information system "Record of acts of civil status"through the external gateway of the "electronic government"of the Ministry of the Information and the Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

With a view to timely and qualitative rendering of legal assistance to the population,we urge the advocate community,as well as the chumbers of the legal advisers,to join the development of this informational system.
