In the North-Kazakhstan region was held a job fair for debtors on alimony

August 25, 2013 by the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region in conjunction with the Employment Center of the city of Petropavlovsk,Regional Chamber of private judicial executors,private judicial executors of the North Kazakhstan region organized a job fair for debtors on alimony.

The given action is spent with a view of decrease of the problem alimony which are on execution at private judicial executors, by employing debtors and applying in future for the recovery of alimony for wages.

Unemployed debtors on alimony were invited to a job fair, which was held in the City House of Culture.

The participants of the fair were offered vacancies in public institutions, such as kindergartens, schools, hospitals, etc., and in private commercial and non-commercial organizations.

Under the terms of the action, the refusal to work for suitable vacancies is regarded as evasion,and in such cases, bailiffs will take measures to attract debtors for maintenance to administrative and criminal liability.

The Center for Population Employment in Petropavlovsk carries out similar activities monthly.Thus, all unemployed citizens,including those that have obligations for enforcement proceedings,always have the opportunity to find a suitable job.
